The phased-array level gauge is an advanced instrument based on cutting-edge millimeter-wave technology and phased-array electronic scanning. By employing array antenna phase control and non-mechanical rotating scanning, combined with optimized anti-interference algorithms, it delivers high-resolution full-profile imaging and real-time, precise material level detection. This system enables comprehensive, high-precision monitoring of the material layer distribution, thickness, and descent velocity across the entire target material surface. Additionally, the system features standardized interfaces that allow seamless integration and direct communication with control systems such as PLCs and DCS, significantly reducing on-site integration and debugging complexity. Leveraging its dual technological advantages, this radar system greatly enhances detection stability and data feedback efficiency even under challenging operational conditions.
