Targeting urban intersections and complex road scenarios, the Ruixing Smart City Solution focuses on enhancing traffic efficiency and promoting standardized traffic behavior. Leveraging multi-source perception and intelligent computing technologies, the solution builds a comprehensive urban intersection management system. By integrating millimeter-wave radar with video cameras, combined with edge computing and advanced data processing algorithms, the system not only meets the data requirements for signal optimization—such as queue length and headway—but also enables automatic detection and evidence collection of over ten types of traffic violations, including running red lights, lane violations, and unauthorized vehicle use in non-designated areas. This capability provides critical enforcement support for refined urban traffic management.

The system architecture adopts a three-tier structure: "Intersection-Region-Center." At the intersection layer, "radar + video" or integrated radar-video devices are deployed, equipped with built-in edge computing capabilities. These devices can process radar point cloud and video data in real time, generating standardized traffic events. The regional layer is responsible for coordinating data from 3 to 5 intersections, enabling green wave coordination and optimization. Meanwhile, the central layer aggregates city-wide data, facilitating macroscopic situational analysis as well as command and dispatch operations. Notably, the architecture emphasizes compatibility with existing traffic infrastructure, supporting upgrades of legacy systems to minimize deployment costs.
