The BR8-1 Road and Bridge Disaster Warning Radar is a fully solid-state deformation monitoring system based on the FMCW architecture. Equipped with multi-channel MIMO technology, the radar leverages multi-receive-multi-transmit imaging and differential interferometry, combined with advanced array optimization techniques, to deliver high-resolution imaging and sub-millimeter-level deformation measurement accuracy. This enables highly precise, wide-angle monitoring of even the slightest deformations occurring in monitored slope structures. Additionally, the system incorporates an omnidirectional corner reflector, ensuring a consistently high radar cross-section from all directions, thereby simplifying on-site alignment and deployment.
